HOA Meetings
Annual -- Typically held annually for all residents, the next meeting will be held on in mid 2025 (date, time, and location will be announced via email and web posting).
NOMINATIONS will be invited for board member candidates to fill two or three positions that will become vacant.

HOA Board Meetings
Typically held every other month, the next meeting will be held on Thurs, January 9, 2025, 7:00 PM.
Future meetings will be posted on the preceding line when the date/time is known, based on the varying availability of Board members, no later than 48 hours in advance.

Attendance at Board Meetings
Authorized attendees at Board Meetings are limited to board members and to requesting property owners within the HOA or their representatives but not both at the same time. Representatives include only those who are identified by the owner in writing to the HOA Board President in advance.
A property owner in the HOA desiring to attend the next Board Meeting should send a written request (via email or letter) to the HOA Board President (see home page of HOA website) at least 24 hours before the meeting and not earlier than one meeting in advance. (At the time of request, if a meeting date/time has not yet been posted, the Board will inform the requestor when it becomes posted.)
